Terms and Conditions
- A travel fee of R4.50 is charged outside of photographer’s 10km radius.
- R20 per additional photo.
- Photos will be sent electronically via pixieset.
- Full payments must be made two weeks in advance.
- Photos will be delivered within two weeks after photoshoot date.
- If a cancellation occurs after the deposit is paid, the deposit will not be returned.
- A booking is only confirmed once the deposit is paid. The deposit must be paid 3 weeks prior to the photoshoot.
- A gallery of the photos with the watermark will be sent within 2 days of the photoshoot. Thereafter, you have 3 days to decide on your chosen photos which will then be edited before being sent without the watermark.
How does this work?

Fill out the form
Whenever you’re ready, just fill out the contact form. I’ll get back to you too as soon as possible so we can iron out the details of your session! You can also contact me on social media.
02.
Connect
Before we meet for the session, we’ll have a discussion in order to decide the location and to confirm the deposit.
03.
The day of
On the day of the shoot, we’ll meet up at the location of the session. We’ll talk for a bit while I set up my camera and make sure everything’s perfect. Then we can jump straight into it and get some amazing photos!
04.
Gallery delivery
A gallery of the photos with the watermark will be sent within 3 days of the photoshoot. Thereafter, you have another 2 days to decide on your chosen photos which will be edited before being returned without the watermark. You will then receive a pin allowing you to download your photographs.
What should I wear?
I suggest matching group sessions with a color scheme. I do not recommend many bright colors, as they tend to clash with one other.
Jeans and a nice shirt tend to be a safe option.
How many pictures will I receive?
The number of pictures received depends on the package chosen. It can be reviewed at my price list.
Any additional photos will be billed at R20 per photo.
Are you available outside of Pretoria / Johannesburg?
Yes. Any venue outside of my 10km radius will be billed to your invoice at R4.50 per extra kilometer.
When my travel time reaches 1 hour, bookings must be at least 1 hour long. When my travel time reaches 2 hours, bookings must be at least 2 hours long. Etc.
